Our Recladding Process
Our service doesn’t end when the scaffolding comes down. We remain available for post-project support and guidance, should you have any questions or concerns after the work is complete.
A Clear Process.
No Surprises.
We take pride in making a complex process straightforward. Here is what you can expect when you work with Reclad HBC.
Initial Consultation
A free, no-obligation onsite consultation where Tim and Zane assess your property, discuss cladding options, council requirements, timeframes, and any potential challenges, so you have a clear picture before any decisions are made.
Investigation & Reporting
Where required, we carry out a targeted weathertightness inspection and produce a detailed condition report. This ensures there are no surprises and that the project is set up for full compliance from the outset.
Design & Documentation
Tim prepares consent-ready plans covering layout improvements, insulation upgrades, and all relevant detailing. We manage all council submissions on your behalf.
Pre-Construction Planning
A detailed build schedule is prepared and a dedicated project manager assigned. You receive a full breakdown of timelines, materials, and staging, with regular updates throughout.
Construction & Recladding
Zane and his team take over on site. Existing cladding is removed, framing is repaired where required, and new high-performance cladding is installed to our rigorous quality standards.
Council Inspections & Compliance
We manage all required inspections during the build and obtain the Code Compliance Certificate on your behalf upon completion.
Final Walkthrough & Handover
A thorough walkthrough is completed with you before handover. You receive a full documentation pack including warranties, inspection records, and compliance certificates.
Aftercare Support
We remain available for post-project support and guidance after the work is complete.
